You will be accompanied by Carina Müller, our qualified, mindful yoga trainer. Daily morning and evening practice and everything beautiful in and around Chesa Monte.

Carina, a young woman who has made it her mission to show as many people as possible that they already have everything they need to live a life full of joy and enthusiasm.
What you can expect:
My yoga classes are based on the slogan ‘go with the flow’. Energetic and powerful asanas that accompany you through the sessions in a flowing manner – filled with moments of deep relaxation, lightness and grounding. Look inside yourself and see how your body and you are feeling. Arrive fully in the here and now. Body, mind and soul are harmonised.
