Regina Wilmink
The decoqueen of the Chesa Monte
Regina naturally pays attention to current trends in her decorations. The choice of colors is based on fashion and interior design: in summer 2024, "peach" was the absolute hit, while in winter, soft, subtle shades dominate. Regina gets her inspiration from training courses run by wholesalers for florists - often in the Netherlands, where her husband also comes from. Over the years, she has built up an extensive floral network that significantly enriches the quality and variety of the Austrian hotel decorations at Chesa Monte.
Regina balances out her work with exercise: skiing, tennis and motorcycle tours with her husband are all part of it. They explore the Alpine passes on their KTM, especially the Silvretta High Alpine Road and the Kaunertal Glacier Road - ideal tips for all two-wheel enthusiasts.
In autumn, the subtle color palette replaces the colorful summer blooms. Seed pods, fruit clusters, nuts, branches and twigs are transformed into small works of art. Regina recommends:
The result is a hotel decoration that delights guests, emphasizes the ambience of the hotel and brings the beauty of nature inside. Regina's creativity, experience and attention to detail make the Chesa Monte a unique experience for all the senses - a highlight in the world of hotel decoration in Austria.
