We went our own way early on.

With the Green Toque for our kitchen, we promoted sustainability and regionality at a time when these issues did not yet play a major role. Today, it is a matter of course for us to use seasonal, regional products and minimize our ecological footprint.

We want to set an example.

For us, sustainability at the hotel means more than just conserving resources. It is about a holistic philosophy that is reflected in every area - from our choice of food to our approach to energy and waste.

We want to set an example with small things, such as the conscious selection of materials and the support of local partners. In this way, we help to ensure that our hotel is not only a place to relax, but also a place where nature is treated with respect.
