Serfaus
The gondola lift takes us comfortably to the Fisser Joch (2,436 m). The panoramic trail leads us over the Zwölferkopf (2,596 m) to the Oberer Sattelkopf (2,596 m). Now continue over the Hinterer Sattelkopf (2,670 m) to the Vorderer Brunnenkopf (2,685 m) and the Hinterer Brunnenkopf.
We ascend via the Plansjoch to the Planskopf at 2,804 m. A magnificent view and a varied up and down over the ridge tops are just some of the advantages of this tour. From the Planskopf we descend to the Kölner Haus. The Panorama Genussweg leads us to the Möseralm. From there we take the Möseralmbahn cable car to Fiss.
Tour in the Samnaun group that leads into quiet regions.
The Samnaun Group is a tiny and glacier-free part of the Central Alps, a buffer between the Ötztal Alps and the Silvretta. Austria and Switzerland have a share in it, Switzerland in the south-western section with the Samnaun customs exclusion zone.
Austria - the so-called Tyrolean Samnaun - includes the mountain area from the Swiss border to the north-east, clearly enclosed by the Paznaun Valley and the Upper Inn Valley. The line Hexenkopf (3,035 m) - Furgler (3,004 m) - Rotpleiskopf (2,936 m) up to the Thialspitze (2,398 m) near Landeck is considered the main Samnaun ridge.
The Samnaun mountains became famous for winter ski touring and the Kölner Haus, opened in 1929 on the Alpe Komperdell, 500 m above Serfaus, served this gentle development.
