Booking & Cancellation conditions

Not included in the price is the local and overnight tax of € 3.70.

The prices offered are subject to statutory duties and taxes and are therefore subject to change. If the statutory duties and taxes change, the Hotel Chesa Monte GmbH is entitled and obliged to adjust the prices at any time.

All changes to an existing booking are only valid with a written change to the reservation or written notification from the Chesa Monte reception team. If fewer people arrive than booked, the price will be charged as confirmed.

Our cancellation fee of € 5 per person and booked vacation day (children up to 14 years € 2.50) covers cancellation fees in the event of no-show, late arrival or curtailment.

If you are unable to start your vacation or have to cancel it prematurely due to illness, accident (medical certificate required) or death, our carefree package protects you against high cancellation costs.

We automatically take out this insurance for you when you book directly. Please note that the all-round carefree package cannot be booked retrospectively. When booking online via our homepage, please select the all-round carefree package directly.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer this package for bookings made via tour operators or portals.

• up to 2 months before arrival free of charge
• 2 months to 1 month before arrival 50% of the total package price
• 1 month to 2 weeks before arrival 70% of the total package price
• 2 weeks to 1 week before arrival 80% of the total package price
• in the last week before arrival, late arrival and early departure 100% of the total package price

• If the Accommodation Agreement provides for a down payment and the down payment has not been made by the Party in due time, the Proprietor may rescind the Accommodation Agreement without granting a grace period.
• If the guest does not appear by 6 p.m. on the agreed day of arrival, there shall be no obligation to provide accommodation unless a later time of arrival has been agreed.
• If the contracting party has paid a deposit, the rooms shall remain reserved until 12:00 noon on the following day at the latest.
• The Accommodation Agreement may be terminated by the Proprietor by means of a unilateral declaration no later than 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the Party.
