Your tasks:

• Welcoming and looking after guests in the dining room (advice and sales)
• Competent and sensitive advice to our guests on menu and wine selection
• Active sales
• Responsibility for one station
• Instructing apprentices and trainees
• You are used to working independently, but enjoy working with colleagues and other departments
• Food and beverage service
• Breakfast service
• Setting up and supervising the afternoon buffet
• Mise en place activity
• Co-responsible for the cleanliness of the entire dining room area

What sets you apart:

• Completed training and/or professional experience in the catering/hotel industry
• Knowledge of wine is desirable
• Enjoy your job and enjoy working with people
• A confident, open, respectful and cordial manner towards guests and colleagues
• Independence and reliability
• perfect knowledge of German
• A talent for communication and a confident manner
