We don't like ready-made products or ready meals and are not looking for ready-made employees. We welcome experience in a similar position, but this is not a must - we also offer newcomers a chance.

Your tasks:

• Independent preparation and completion of dishes at the Entremetier station under the guidance of the head chef
• Collaboration and contribution of ideas in menu design
• Economical and cost-conscious use of equipment and materials
• Cleaning and organizing the entire work area
• Receiving goods and quality control
• Shared responsibility for the tidiness and maintenance of the storeroom as well as the refrigeration and freezer cells
• Enjoyment of natural cuisine
• Experience in preparing allergen-free dishes
• Compliance with HACCP guidelines

Your profile for success:

• Training in the catering or hotel industry and/or experience in upscale gastronomy
• Very good knowledge of German
• Interest in natural cuisine
• Compliance with the Green Toque criteria
• Commitment, reliability and a sense of responsibility
• Reliability and motivation
• Independent, solution-oriented and structured way of working
• Good organizational skills and time management
• Enjoyment of the job and fun in dealing with people
• Friendly, confident demeanor and a well-groomed appearance
