Orange punch with alcohol

Ingredients

1 litre of water + 4 tea bags of “blood orange tea”
1 litre organic orange juice (or freshly squeezed orange juice)
2 sticks of cinnamon
2 star anise
1 teaspoon cloves (whole)
Sugar to taste (approx. 2 – 4 tablespoons)
200 ml wine (white wine, rosé)
300 ml brown rum

Bring 1 litre of water to the boil in a pan, add the tea bags and leave to infuse. In the meantime, wash an organic orange and cut into slices. Add the orange juice to the finished tea. Add the orange slices and spices (cinnamon, star anise, cloves) to the pot. Add the wine and rum to the tea. Sweeten with sugar to taste. Leave the orange punch to infuse over a low heat and serve hot.

Apple-cinnamon punch (without alcohol)

Ingredients

1 litre of water + 4 tea bags of “apple-cinnamon tea”
1 litre organic apple juice
2 sticks of cinnamon
1 teaspoon cloves (whole)
Honey to taste (approx. 2 – 4 tablespoons)

Bring 1 litre of water to the boil in a saucepan, add the tea bags and leave to infuse. Add the apple juice to the finished tea. Add the spices (cinnamon, cloves) to the pot. Sweeten with honey to taste. Leave the apple and cinnamon punch to infuse over a low heat and serve hot.
